macro that will hide/unhide rows based on data validation selection

Hello,

I am new to VBA and Macros, and have been unable to figure out a code that will automatically hide or unhide the rows that contain the sales person name.

I have attached an example of my sheet. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
