Macro Help: Creating a copy & linking cells

Hey, I am relatively new to VBA programming and I'm trying to create a macro that will
a) create a new worksheet that will copy the original
b) create a new column in a summary sheet for the copy
c) link the values in the new column to the copy to mirror the original
