Exporting data to view on a blackberry

    Hi All

Wonder if anyone could help me?

Am trying to create a reporting tool that when i hit a button, it exports certain cells into an email that is then sent to a specific number of email addresses.

I have managed to get the first part done, exporting the data to email and sending it OK with the data showing up on outlook as per normal. Problem is, most of the people i need to send to use blackberry's and the data doesn't show, all they get is a blank page.

The data is shown in a table and can view it fine in outlook but on blackberry it just doesn't show. If anyone has any ideas or could help would be greatly appreciated

    Am using office 2007

Can you embed the spreadsheet in the body of the email instead of sending it as an attachment.?

not sure, possibly but its only a range of cells that i need to send

if i embed the entire spreadsheet into the body of the email then it will be to much data as the main spreadsheet contains graphs, lots of different macros and cells as well

Use a program like Jing (free) or Snagit and then copy the range you need and paste it into the email body.

I think that in 2007 you can highlight an area (range) and create a PDF file of that range. You could then attach the pdf to your email. I believe that Excel now comes with a pdf creator. Check your print options and see if it is there.
