Find and Add if not present

I want a macro to search a worksheet called Test and look at the contents in column D row iCtr and column F row iCtr. In column B row iCtr there is a date. If what is found in these 2 cells(D & iCtr, and F & iCtr) is not found in sheet data1 and not found in sheet data2 then I want it to find the first instance of the date in sheet Data1 and insert a new row above it and paste the entire row. A bit complicated but I'm sure there is someone here who can help me!

Re: Find and Add if not present

Just updated my wording so it's easier to understand.
