Repeating specific digits

Hi Friends,

I was wondering if somebody would please help me out with a VBA code that can generate some data in a particular way.
For Example :
Column A Data Column B Data
F.13 cat
F-04 bat
F110 rat
F110S

Output :
Output Data
F.13 cat
F.13 bat
F.13 rat
F-04 cat
F-04 bat
F-04 rat
F110 cat
F110 bat
F110 rat
F110S cat
F110S bat
F110S rat

I am also attaching a example spreadsheet for reference.
