Macro - Copy and Combine values in cell and paste it in other cells based on Unique ID

All,

I am requesting if there is Visual Basic Macro or formula that will copy information on column C and paste it in column B in relation to the Unique ID in column A on my spreadsheet. Please view Excel files on attachment to view detailed instructions. Instructions contain descriptive text information and visuals which makes instructions easier to understand.

I have 2 versions (2003 and 2010) files on attachment. Currently I am using Excel 2010.
