How to clear cells values with vba but leave all conditional formatting etc

Hi I was wondering if anybody would be able to help me with this bit of code.

The code below clears all the cells values, borders and conditional formatting.

What do i need to add to the code so it only clears the cells values but leaves in place the borders and conditional formatting etc.
