Not able to populate ActiveX Combobox control, listfillrange with rowlist

I am forced to use rowList, which have cells in row, how do i populate combobox drop down list, using rowlist.

else, how can I built dynamic linking using code.

I like the logic you put on combobox..I got a good learning about "Sendkeys", it was new for me.
