problem in looping

Hallo All,

I am new to excel and having problems in looping with macros.
I have a worksheet which has 2 columns.
each cell in a column needs to be operated with cells in other column. (for eg A+B)
but im not able to make a code for this task.

A B C D E F G H
12 7 19 30 and so on..........
23 2 14 25
45 3 15 26
65 6 18 29
45 1 13 24
34 4 16 27

I need to do this for three columns but i'm having problems with two only.
i know it sounds bit stupid but i'll really appreciate your help.

You say that your worksheet has 2 columns, but the sample data that you populated shows multiple columns. Where do you need the output to show?

You can achieve this via formula, why do you want to do it via code?

actually C is sum of A and B with A!1 fixed.
D is sum of A and B with A2 fixed. and so on.
I have 3 such columns and i am not sure it can be done via formula.
a friend of mine told me it can only be done by VB
