    Copy column from one sheet to another sheet based on date

    I have attached my workbook.

    I want to paste column O on worksheet Rhonda to sheet Trending Mins in the column based on the date in cell M2 on Sheet Rhonda.

    Thanks for any help on this,

    This Array(confirm using Control+Shift+Enter-Not just enter) formula will do the job.

    Put this in B3 of your second sheet and copy down and across.

    I copied in the formula and then held down control, shift and enter and nothing happened.

    I put in the array formula and it works but I need the copied data from the previous dates to stay in the workbook. This array deletes them. Any sugguestions
