I am trying to figure the best way of doing the following.

I have an excel spreadsheet with tax deadlines, basically a calender. I would like to send an email to the different people responsible a few days before each deadline and on the deadline date. We are using lotus notes.

What would be the easiest way to achieve this. I can program macros so once I get a point in the right direction I would put it together.

Any suggestions would be great.
