How to customize a userform

Hi all,

Please find the attachment.
How can i customize a user form.

First of all i need the inbuilt Find form with two criterias is this possible?

For the attached screen i have two questions:

1) I am giving a list box in my user form how can i get the heading options of that particular list as shown on the image. in the image we can move sheet or name or any thing till how much we require.. we will get a different cursor like + symbol and we can move that heading. is this possible?

2) How can i enlarge a userform as shown on the image. i am creating a userform, whenever user requires to enlarge the user form. is this possible?
