repeated addition on the same cell

Im creating sporting score sheet wer there are 7 different values of scoring (i.e. 1,2,3,4,5,6&7). i have created 7 buttons in the name of these numbers. i want to create a mocro in a way that all these macros shud be assigned to one cell (say A1) and wenever i click on any button the value of that button shud be added to the existing value in A1.
if i press button 1, A1 shud show "1"
and then if i press button 6, A1 shud show "7"
then if i press button 1 again it shud show "8" and so on
how do i create a macro like this wer it keeps adding to the same cell??
