Apply Macro to entire workbook

I have a macro that re-filters the information in the column when I add new information in a different sheet. it works great but i have the code in all 28 sheets that does this and it really slows down my excel is there a way to make it into a macro that will apply to the entire workbook?

It's not clear to me exactly what this is doing apart from creating a View name and then immediately deleting it.

Can you explain the end goal? Ignore what is currently coded, tell us what you want to achieve and upload an example workbook so that we can see the request in context.
