VBA code needed to insert row data from another sheet and fill down formula and format

Hi Folks,

I have a workbook with two sheets, first sheet for user input and second sheet is for summary with formula and specific format. I want a VBA code to auto update / insert data from the input sheet and copy all formula / format from above rows. I have attached an excel file of what I'm trying to accomplish.
