Click "Export" on a webpage is not bringing up File Download box

Hi all,

I am having a problem with clicking "Export" on a webpage. If I click it manually the file download box pops up just fine, but I need it done in an EXCEL macro. I have tried .click and .fireevent, the page just refreshes and no file download box.

What I would like to happen:
Click Export
(File Download popup)
Click Save
(Save As popup)
Choose folder to save file in
Change file name
Click Save
life is good!
