delete certain rows VBA - with condition and containing zero

Hi

I wonder if you can help, I cant figure out a code for deleting rows. In the attached workbook, I would like to delete / get rid off rows where the field has LEOM-BK and PECA-BK - this can be found only in column D. All rows contain LEOM-Bk and PECA-BK are not needed.

And also in column I, I would like to delete any that contain absolute zero.

Can somebody help?
