Change code to start without fileopen and directly with F11

Hi I have this code, which start with a button. It open a filedialog and you can choose which file to open.
I need this to be changed. So there is no filedialog. And that it open in the active sheet with the F11 Button and select macro,. Dont know why i have problem with this one, and i am sure some can do this easy. So help to change it will be appriciated.

Hi. anybody who can help with this. I think it should be possibloe. I need this code to put in as a add on. And then attach a button to it. So when we open a csv file, you can press the button and it arrange the csv file in the active sheet, so its readable in excel. Please have a look thanks
