Need help building Userform

Hi,
hope someone can help me.
I found some code for making a userform.
I changed it for my own needs, and it works for entering "new" records.
But what I need now is change the code so it checks if the record already exists, and if so it has to fill the userform with the data of that record so it can be changed.

I attached my worksheet, so perhaps it's more clear what I mean.

Hi here is a spreadsheet that I use.

Simply click on the Header ID No to launch the form.

the password is "password"
