How to usse / run macros?

I'm a newbie so please bear with my request. This is my first post:-) I'm pretty excited to be a part of this exceptional forum.

Need some insights on running and using macros.

Any example along with the process flow will be extremely helpful.

Additionally, please suggest the best site / videos I can go to understand and learn some basic form of Macros.

Hope the request is within reasonable limits

    Thank you.

Hello. Welcome to the forum. One great way to start is by doing some things on a worksheet while you record a macro of what you do. Then look at the generated code to get ideas about how things work, and how you can make your own code. Derive info from the excel generated code. Good luck
