Macro or Formula needed - Help much appreciated.

I need a forumla/macro that when a line is selected the email address within that line is copied to another cell.

Is this possible.

I need it that when a row is selected the text in 'Email address' is copied and pasted to another cell so that I can use a macro then from the new pasted cell to email the selected row to that particular email address.
