Sumproduct by using user input macro

    Hello experts,

Actually two questions first; what would the function look like to Sumproduct(Qty, (if ItemDesc = "Bath Blankets") and (if Entered = "11/19/12")
Second question what would the macro look like to have a user input the ItemDesc and Entered, so to look like if ItemDesc = "user input item type" and Entered = "user input date". Attached is a sample of the workbook.

I would like to be able to total the Qty column by having the user input the ItemDesc(Item) and Entered(Date).

I think this will explain things. Any questions please ask.
