How do I stop Form Control-Scrollbar keep moving

Hello Excel Gurus,

I am working on dynamic excel chart with scroll bar. I have a problem with the scroll bar, first I try to use Activex control-Scrollbar but the response time was very slow so I switch to form control-Scrollbar and this one is faster but when I click either end of the arrows, it keeps moving continuously.
Can anyone help me on this?
