list of items- that requires adding to a colomn on a worksheet but with spaces

I have a list of products.
I want to copy the list so I end up with;
space
space
product
space

then go back to the list and the same thing for the next cell in the list?

is this possible

attach a sample file with current and desired table

sample list.xlsx

answer tab is what I want to see!

product list is what I have now!

how do I define where the list is? I would like it to be on aseperate worksheet to where the answer is placed
