Automatically move data from Excel sheet to Another excel sheet

Dear All,

i am trying to build simple program to create a file which can copy data from multiple excel file and consolidate in new file. The new file have predefined headers. The headers are same in all file. However data should copy in certain format. I would appriciate if anyone have sample VBA script which i can enhance based on the requirement.
