Hi,

First of all I feel bad asking for help here as I am such a newbie to VBA. I've spent most of the day reading about VBA and looking for a solution to what I guess is an easy problem. I have the following code running which copies the text from a document into excel and want to write something similar which will copy the text from a document footer into excel as well. I've tried numerous ways of getting the text from the footer but keep running into problems.

Here's what I have for the whole document. Can I modify this to get the text from the first page's footer?
