Forms Check Box - Should be easy fix

So I have the following code which opens a userform and also places a time stamp on the cell 2 spaces to the right. How would I have the time stamp deleted if the check box is unchecked? I tried using the same if statement with = false and the cell offset was = " " but that did not delete the time stamp. Sorry for my ignorance, but I have learned so much since using this forum. Thanks in advance!
