Seeking macro to pull addresses from web search

    Hi,

I have a list of about 8000 doctors and their NPI (national provider identifier) numbers. There's a NPI number lookup site that I use, http://www.hipaaspace.com/Medical_Bi...er_Lookup.aspx, that will return consistent results. Using an NPI number I will always get only 1 result, and it will be formatted in a consistent way.

I want to return the address that is found, and do this for every doctor on the list.

Can someone help me get started? Is this a big undertaking?

It's going to take some testing but this should get you started:

To the direct URL to the info you need (assuming the numbers are in column A), put this formula in B1 and drag down:

    Formula: copy to clipboard

Using Excel's web browser, the address is from lines 36 to 41 in Column C.
