Macro to find and copy/replace

I want a macro to look at the data in say Sheet1 and compare it to Sheet2. There will be a bunch of data and each row of data will have a date in column B. I want a macro that will add whatever is missing in sheet1 from the bottom of the list of data to be added from the data in sheet2. So for example, sheet1 may have 500 rows of data with the last date the 1st Dec 2012. I want the macro to look at sheet2 for the date 2nd Dec 2012 then copy to the end of the data in sheet2 and then paste it to the bottom of sheet1.

Attached is the sample. So I want everything that is past the last date in sheet1 which is 12/11 to be copied from sheet 2 to the bottom of sheet1. So in this sample, everything from the 13/11 onwards in sheet 2 needs to be copied and pasted to the bottom of sheet1. But these dates can change obviously so a code would need to know this.
