Data Organization

Each row on Sheet 2 has an ID #. I need the rows from Sheet 1 corresponding to the correct ID # to be extended onto the data in each row in Sheet 2. For example:
Sheet 2 Last Row = ID # 4395
Sheet 1 Sixth Row = ID # 4395
Add row six in Sheet 2 to last row in Sheet 1.

I need a formula or maybe a program that can search for the ID #'s in the ID # +Junk column on Sheet 1, and add them to Sheet 2.
