Centering Embedded Pictures

I have a worksheet that has several embedded pictures.

I would like to center them horizontally and vertically in the underlying cell (the cell is large enough to contain the image).

I do not know how to point to the particular picture to adjust it's height or width.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
