Code to find named range doesn't find the correct field range?

Good day all once again,

I have a code attached to a combobox on a userform which requires the user to request which state they require for the relevant "Acts & Regs", all the states when selected work perfectly however I need help with a glitch that for some reason when the requested field is "ACT" (Australian Capital Territory) the copied field is not the named range I've fixed for this field? My workbook is attached & the userform is attached to "Start", another issue is the userform needs to be fully populated for the code to run correctly? Any suggestions for an alternative method again would be greatly appreciated, thank you all once again - Marco
