PLease Help...my first project!!.. Sorting multiple columns to return a value

Hello,

i have attached an excel sheet which has got two sheets- primary and secondary.

Primary sheet is generated by a software and secondary sheet is sent by a third party

My goal is to obtain the value from column C in secondary sheet.

i have to initially sort the company in primary and then i have to select a date in primary.

Corresponding to this date there are three dates in secondary. so i cannot choose which value to be selected.

Is there any sort criteria i can use in this scenario?

i work in trading division and there will be many deals in a day that corresponds to a single date entry in the software.

Please help me.
