Excel VBA doesn't read my defined ranges

Unfortunately, I am receiving an Application defined or object defined error with my code. The line in red is where the error occurs. I double checked my code, however, can't figure it out. Does anybody know why excel vba can't read my ranges?

I would suggest you post a sample workbook with some typical data and the code in place so that it can be stepped through to understand what is happening.

Never Mind... The sheet was protected and couldn't apply conditional formatting. Sorry my bad...
