HELLO.
I have a 2700 line excel data sheet.
I need to email each person with their class credits.
However, Adam Smith is listed 10 X because he took 10 different classes.
I need to EMAIL Adam Smith one letter with all ten classes. EXCEL FORUM_example_DATA SHEET.xlsxExcel Forum_LTR.docx

I have researched my brains out and find that I may need a macro or some type of formula.

I am familiar with email mail merge and completed it many times successfully, but not with duplicate lines of data feeding into on page.

I have tried a “work around” – but realized I can not edit individual letters and email after… MS 2010 will not allow that function.

Any assistance you could provide would be greatly appreciated – BEST, Janell (sample files attached)
