Move a row from one worksheet to another if a condition is met

I am needing to move entire rows from one worksheet "CA Summary" when they are entered into either "CA Complete" or "CA Outstanding" depending on if there is a date entered into column N "Date completed" And for this to update from one sheet to another as changes are made going forth to that date.
An example of my workbook is attached.
I know that this can be done using a macro of some sort, but i am pretty new to macros in excel and am not understanding how to change the data within Macros to get it to do what I need.

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide
