I have created a sheet called 'May21' which has the date May 21, 2013 in column A4:A103 as well as headings all the way to AM.

I now want to duplicate this sheet and rename each sheet and the data in Column A4:A103 so that i now have 2 months worth of sheets, all with their respective sheet name and correct date in column A....

Ideas?
