Macro to count number of participants went to each specific event by month & by event type

Hi,

I asked a somewhat similar question before when asked for a Macro. However, I have one more item added in this file, so not able to figure out the Macro for this.

What I am trying to do is see how many sessions each participant attended in a specific month for specific event. It is possible that each participant would have gone to more than one workshop in one month.

I need a column for client name, then service type, followed by number of sessions he/she attended for that service type and this comes from service dates. Pivot table adds and gives you grand total for dates for a month, so I use that column. However, I have to split my data by months else it gives me grand total. But anything straight would also do, I just need to know how many sessions each participant attended by month and by service type. Please see the attached file for variables and results of pivot table.
