Remove ListBox items starting from the top

Hello,

I am adding items to a listbox and I want to purge items as it fills up. Right now my limit of items is 10. How can remove the first 5 at the top (which are the oldest) once the listbox list equals 11? Right now I am just clearing the entire listbox, but I would like to keep the most recent 5 items.

Thank You for the help Mike and watersev... Both of these options work very well. I will play around with it and see which one fits my needs. I appreciate your time and help!
