    Run Macros/Userforms in HTML format

    Hi all,

    I hope you can help me.

    I have created a workbook with several command buttons that opens different Userforms.

    Those Userforms are based on lookup information only.

    I would like to save the Workbook as HTML format but with active command buttons and userforms.

    My idea is:

    1) to have a file (HTML format) so several people can use at the same time without the tool been blocked ;
    2) to make sure that no information is replaced/changed or deleted ;
    3) with HTML format, the Ribbon can be hidden and shows the information as a web page.

    The problem is, when I save the Workbook as HTML, the command buttons are static and do not work.

    I tried to search any possibility for this but couldn't find out any. Maybe this is even not possible.

    Your assistance on this will be highly appreciated. If you need an example file, please let me know.

    Best regards,
    Filipe

    You can't do that, userforms and macros don't work on webpages.

    I believe that you can do that n Access though

    Thanks for your fast reply on this Kyle, really appreciated.

    Do you know any other way to do that? I never worked with MS Access before, sorry.

    I thought about HTML, but is there any other format (e.g. PDF) or option?

    This tool will be used on a daily basis for over 20 users.

    Best regards,
    Filipe

    It depends what you're wanting to do. Access is probably the best choice tbh, but I believe that google spreadsheets also offer this functionality which might be more familiar.

    If you're up for a challenge, try a web development language
