creating listbox

can someone help me with a code for making a new (with pre-defined range) listbox appear in my sheet?

Hi Laric,

I have attached a sample spreadsheet that should help.
To make a listbox you first need a list. It has to be on the same sheet that you wish the box to be placed.
You then select "Data Validation" in the Data tab and select "List".
Highlight the region of cells that contain your list and you will get a dropdown box in the active cell.
