Organize data that has the same name from multiple sheets into one

Hi All,

This is my first time trying to post, I may not be very good in describing the problem. But I have attached a sample datasets.

I am trying to group data from multiple sheets into one with the following rules.

Sheet"Option 1" has same or less amount of data compare to sheet "Original" (there potentially can be Option 2 sheets)

I want to be able to search Original's Name(Column A), copy certain information into the "Output" sheet, only if:
There is an entry in "Option1" with the same name (Column A).
Also, need to copy the information in Option1 to Output sheet.

Any help is appreciated to guide me on how to do this.
