colums to row, autofill row with data,

I have an excel sheet filled with cable information. Each cable have its own row. Cables contain groups of wire with a specific square eg. 10x2x0,6 mm2 where 10 is the group, 2 is the two wires within each group and 2,5 is the square of the wire. These wires have different colours. In this example the first wire (or the first wire in the first group) is Red (RD), the second wire (or the second wire in the first group)is WH(White) the third wire (or the first wire in the second group) is Red (RD) and the four`th wire (or the second wire in the second group) is Yellow (YE), the five`th wire (or the first wire in the third group) is Red(RD) and the six`th wire (or the second wire in the third group ) is Green (GY) etc. The colours are given in the row for each cable.

I want a new row for each of the colours in the colums. If i have to do this job manually i first need to:

1) Insert new rows, in accordance with NBR_GROUPS and NBR_WIRES column for the cable.
2) copy the information of the cable in these new rows.
3) Insert two new colums; WIRE GROUP and WIRE NO after CROSS_SECTION_UNIT and fill these column up according to the NBR_GROUPS and NBR_WIRES information.
4) Copy all the WIRE_COLOUR and paste special and transpose.
