Moving entire row from the "Schedule" worksheet to "Completed" worksheet

I have three sheets I am trying to make into a work process calendar. I have completed the the first sheet with a userform that posts information to a "Schedule" worksheet. What I would like to do now is when a date is entered into column H it moves the entire row into the "Completed" worksheet after the last item on the "Completed" worksheet. Then I would like it to delete the row on the "Schedule".

ANY help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!!!
