Merge mutliple rows of data based on customer number

This is my first attempt to use a macro to combine rows. Attached is a sample of the how the spreadsheet is and then how I want it to be. I am looking to merge the membership types based on the customer number for each row. So if the customer number appears three times then the membership types would move to one row giving that person three membership types.
