Macro to Add a full year, from the most recent date between 3 columns, in a new column

    Good Morning All,
I am wondering if there is a macro that can look at dates from 3 columns and input, in a new column, a full year from the most recent date.

The twist is that if the most recent date (from looking at the three columns) is more than a full year from today's date (in this case, 10/23/2012...but will change every week the report is run), Column S would say "NOW!"

I've attached a file showing how it would look (except column H would actually be column S).
ANY assistance would be greatly appreciated!
