i have an excel with a macro to distribute my collegues but i want to make them enable macro in their system automatically when they open the file and disable once they close. anyone can guide me how can it possible?

If they have macro security set to high, you can not "make them" enable macros.
If they elect to enable the macros for a particular workbook, it will not change the security setting next time they open another file
