It's possible to create an "autorization" or reject button with vba excel?

Thanks for your answers, have helped me to go learning excel vba excel!

I have a question.. I'm working on a time system tracking, and I want to know if it's possible to have a button for authorization (and sent by mail to me) to authorize or reject the workbook..

Is it possible to do this automatically in vba macros?

Maybe this is a good option..

With this macro send the workbook to lotus notes.. & works very fine!
This is another alternative, but I need other way to make a validator button.. I found it somewhere site, but I not have dea if there are problems if I put the link to where it was ..
