Add new rows in excel column

Hello I've been battling with this trying to use excel formulas but it seems to be more feasible to be done with VBA/Macro...

I'm trying to add new rows to an existing column by inserting values from Object1, Object2 and Object3 to the existing entries it "Test" column.
Please see the attached sheet as it's really hard to explain

Any help would be appreciated...
