Need macro to convert cst into ist

Can anyone help me with the macro code to convert cst into ist?

If A1 contains a date and time in CST, then =A1+"11:30" is the indian standard date and time.

Thank you very much for your reply.

This works fine in excel and resulted the correct time.

But i want the same in macro.

As of now, i am capturing the system time(CST) in one column and system date(CST) in another column via time & date respectively.

I need the date and time in IST not CST.

Please help me since am in starting stage.
